We carry out electrical fit-outs for offices, retail units and industrial premises across Hertfordshire, from business parks in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and Stevenage to offices and units in Watford, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.
We also travel for commercial projects elsewhere in England, and can work directly for the business, for a landlord, or as the electrical contractor within a wider fit-out team.
FAQs
Fit-out questions
Can you work around our business hours?
We plan commercial work in phases to keep disruption low, and we’re happy to discuss working outside normal hours for areas your business can’t do without.
Do you install 3-phase power?
Yes. We install and extend 3-phase supplies and distribution boards for industrial machinery, commercial kitchens, workshops and larger offices.
Do you provide certification for landlords and insurers?
Yes. Every installation is tested and certified on completion, and we can carry out periodic inspections (EICRs) on existing commercial installations.
Can you work with our other contractors?
Yes. Much of our commercial work is alongside shopfitters, builders and data installers. We’ll coordinate first fix, second fix and testing with your programme.
